cuisine offered by the Ristorante Caffè 21° Secolo
is based on the tradition of the surrounding territory: dishes based on fresh-water
fish, mushrooms, truffles and chestnuts from the Monte Baldo and cheese from the
Lessinia region, created with passion and imagination by our chef, who, for each
season, will offer our guests different menus, fancy and wholesome, that will
satisfy even the most refined palate.
Upon reservation, the chef will be
happy to create personalized menus for your special dinners among friends.
All the pasta and the desserts are homemade, following ancient traditions.
